If you messaged a business on Instagram or Messenger
Businesses use Nodus to answer their Instagram and Facebook messages. The business is in charge of that conversation. To have it deleted, ask the business directly, or email tommy@nodusstudios.co with the business's name and your Instagram or Facebook username, and we will delete it within 30 days.
If you connected your business's Page
Disconnect it on your chatbot's page in the Nodus dashboard, or remove the app in Facebook → Settings → Business integrations. We then delete the stored Page access token. To close your account and delete everything, email tommy@nodusstudios.co.
What happens automatically
When you remove Nodus from your Facebook settings, Meta tells us and we delete any messages stored under your Meta id, then show you a confirmation code here.
